"Had to chase them down a bit"
Customer service was just okay. They did help me in the end, but it took a while to get a response and I felt like I had to put in more effort than I should’ve to get things sorted.

"Delivery was quick and easy"
The order showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed fine, nothing was missing, and the tracking worked well too. So yeah, overall I’m really happy with the delivery and didn’t have any issues at all.

"Refund was quick, honestly easy"
I ended up returning my order, it was way less stressful than I expected. The refund came through fast, which was nice because I was kind of expecting to wait around forever. Support was friendly too, no weird back-and-forth or huge hassle. Just a simple return, quick refund, and I was done.

"Simple order for my parents, no hassle"
I ordered from parentschoiceshop.com while helping my parents pick up a few things they needed, and the whole process was really easy. I found what I was looking for quickly, checkout went through without any problems, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Nothing complicated or frustrating, which I definitely appreciated. So far, I’m happy with the experience

"Solid Value for the Price"
I was pleased with the prices here. A few of the items were cheaper than what I found on other sites, and the quality turned out to be better than I expected for the money. Overall, it felt like a worthwhile purchase and a good deal.

"I ordered a few baby items from..."
I ordered a few baby items from parentschoiceshop.com, and my snap judgment when I opened the package was that they were just okay. A couple of the things seem sturdy enough, but one item had some loose stitching and the fabric felt thinner than I expected. It still does the job for now, so I’m not super upset, but for the price I thought the quality would be a little better. Shipping was fine, no real issues there
